Hi there - I am Nora,
I am an artist (author, voice artist, event host), a process guide in self-healing (energy therapist, emotional coach, facilitator) and a body worker (Tantra Massage).

My artistic journey began in 2018 when I left my career as an editor and fully dedicated myself to writing. Since then, I’ve created three works, including a poetry collection published in June 2022 under my pseudonym Freifrau von Willen, titled Von Chaos und Kosmos.

But 2018 not only marked the beginning of my creative path - it was also the start of my spiritual journey. I began to dive deeply into meditation, chakra work, Buddhism, and the interconnected themes of love and sexuality. My life restructured itself entirely, and I was unsure how to continue or what my future would look like. What I felt with absolute clarity was this: Love is the essence of life, and my purpose is to grow fully into it, embody it, and share it.

​I quickly realized that I couldn’t separate my writing from my voice. I began reading at live events and recording my poetry. From 2021 to 2022, I trained as a voice artist, studio speaker, and presenter. In 2022, I launched my own monthly variety show (Varieté Noire). Since I have always had a passion for theater, it was only natural that writing and the stage would eventually meet. In 2023, two of my plays were performed.

​Since then, I’ve devoted myself entirely to the exploration of spirituality, healing, love, and sexuality. I walk the path of love full-time - and continue to learn from it every day. In my podcast (SEX AUF DEM KÜCHENTISCH – Sex on the Kitchen Table), I invite guests to share stories from their love lives. The goal is to offer diverse perspectives on the most essential theme of our existence—because we can all learn from one another.
My deepest intention is to support people in their healing processes and to contribute to making this world a more loving place. Taoism and Tantra are at the heart of my practice and form the foundation of my spiritual work. I see the use and transformation of sexual energy as essential for a healthy, flowing energy system that enhances well-being, vitality, and life quality.

​In my work, I use pendulums, tuning forks, sound, and touch to access and harmonize the energy field, and I incorporate breathwork and acupressure to support the process. At the Naou School under Klaus C. Ulbricht, I completed training in Energy Medicine & Intuitive Healing (energetic balancing of the physical and subtle bodies), which I later integrated with my own knowledge and skills in my practice. Alongside my energy medicine sessions, I offer Tantra massage. I completed my training as a Certified Tantra Massage Practitioner at YINDO School (Ulrike Liehm) and have been working at Kashima ever since. Besides that I host workshops and retreats through 852Herz Events.
