Cancellation Policy
After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for 50% of the session fee, to be paid via bank transfer. The appointment is considered fully confirmed once this payment has been received.

If you are unable to attend your session, I kindly ask for an early cancellation. Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. However, with timely communication, there may be the possibility to reschedule your appointment.

The remaining 50% of the fee is to be paid on the day of the session, either by bank transfer or in cash.

I understand that life can be unpredictable and things may come up. At the same time, my time and presence are precious, and this policy helps honor the space we are creating together. Thank you for your understanding.
