Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work

My offerings include tantric bodywork and massage. In some jurisdictions, tantra massage is legally classified as prostitution due to the inclusion of genital touch. I acknowledge this legal classification.

However, my work is not oriented toward sexual acts, sexual intercourse, or sexual services. There is no promise or expectation of sexual gratification, performance, or outcome. The focus of my sessions lies in conscious touch, embodiment, energetic awareness, presence, and personal development.

Touch is guided, intentional, and takes place within a clearly communicated, consent-based, and professional framework. The sessions are ritualistic and process-oriented, not entertainment-oriented.

My work does not constitute medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not replace professional healthcare.

2. Responsibility & Self-Responsibility

Participation in a session is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
Clients confirm that they are physically, emotionally, and mentally stable enough to participate.

You are responsible for communicating your boundaries, needs, and limits at all times.
You may pause or stop a session at any moment.

3. Consent & Boundaries

All sessions are based on explicit consent and mutual respect.

Touch, if part of the agreed format, occurs only within the clearly communicated and consented framework.
No touch happens without prior agreement.
Sexual acts, sexual services, or genital stimulation for sexual gratification are not part of my work.

Any behavior that violates boundaries, consent, or respect will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Booking & Payment

After appointment confirmation, a payment request for 50% of the session fee will be sent and must be paid via bank transfer.
The appointment is considered confirmed only after receipt of this payment.

The remaining 50% is to be paid on the day of the session, either by bank transfer or in cash.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your session, please inform me as early as possible.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as the time is reserved exclusively for you.
With timely communication, rescheduling may be possible, depending on availability.

6. Locations, Hygiene & Health Standards

My offerings take place in different designated spaces, depending on the format and agreement:

rented or designated practice rooms
external locations
or, upon request, house visits

The nature of the session does not change based on location.
All sessions follow the same professional framework, boundaries, and consent-based agreements regardless of where they take place.

For the safety and well-being of both client and practitioner, basic hygiene standards are required. I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if adequate personal hygiene is not maintained.

In addition, sessions cannot take place if there are medical health risks, including but not limited to:

contagious infections
acute illness
open wounds
skin conditions or inflammations
sexually transmitted infections

If a session is refused or ended for hygiene or health-related reasons, this is done to protect both parties and does not constitute discrimination.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information, shared experiences, and session content are treated as strictly confidential.

Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law.

8. Minimum Age

My offerings are available only to adults (18+).

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if:

boundaries are not respected
the framework of the work is misunderstood or violated
I feel unsafe or disrespected
I have hygienic or medical concers

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
